Question: I have received an item and I think it's faulty, what do I do?

Answer: First of all, we are sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault, please email your name and order details along with images of your item to info@lettylee.com.au and we will help you out.


Question: I placed an order online but have changed my mind and no longer want what I ordered, am I able to cancel my order and get a refund?

Answer: Unfortunately we aren't able to process a refund for a change of mind, all purchases made are final.  If you no longer want the particular item you ordered with us, you are more than welcome to contact us to return your order and our team can issue you with a store credit to use on any future purchase.


Question: What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive, or is lost in transit?

Answer: Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.

Letty Lee Boutique  is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods; however, if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.


Question: How do I change my address once my order has been placed?

Answer: Please contact us immediately via contact us or email at info@lettylee.com.au and we will try to assist you the best we can. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change any details on your order, including your address, but we will do our best to help.
