RETURN POLICY
We offer returns on all full priced items within 21 days of delivery for an online credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided.
Sales Items and Accessories are not eligible for returns, so please select your items carefully.
EXCHANGE
Due to stock availability we are unable to offer an exchange. However, you are more than welcome to repurchase your item in another size and lodge a return for your current item.
LODGE MY RETURN
To lodge a return, please email info@lettylee.com.au with your proof of purchase (order confirmation number or tax invoice) and the reason for your return.
FAULTY ITEM/S
Firstly, we are so sorry about this! If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@lettylee.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will then investigate this and assist you further.
CREDIT NOTES
Once we have received your returned parcel and have inspected and approved, you will be emailed a credit note within 3 business days.
